Excellent hotel with its 24-hour reception, luxury spa, and complimentary wi-fi. On my first stay, the staff took care of my elderly parents, which I really appreciated. I'll be back for Christmas!

Leela is a high level hotel in all aspects able to make you feel unique when you stay there.you don't have to worry for anything ! Everything you are going to need they have already thought it behalf of you!
There are some improvements could be done: for example , the professionalism & quality of the rest of the hotel was not same was not reflected at all On the restaurant "Le Cirque" . The decoration was good but the stuff were totally amateurs and as a European I can assure you that was "French" only in prices! Not in tastes and service!

Nice physical property, wish they had the service to match the location and property. May be they should let Oberoi / Taj run it!
Terrible experience, we drove to the hotel and parked our bmw car for an overnight stay. 24 hours later when we checked out an drove out, air from all 4 tyres had been taken out! That's right we had low pressure on all 4 tyres!! Went back to the hotel spoke to the front desk, they kept saying sorry and thank you. Hotel gm was unavailable (and continues to be unavailable a month later). The head of security came and tried to accuse us of lying and then backed off. Said he would investigate and revert in 18 hours. It's been a month and we have not heard back from them! The gm never bothered to respond to my calls and messages. Really wish they were more customer focused and friendly!!

I had excellent time here, marvellous and lovely location!
The breakfast served was luxury, everything you could wish for, with delicious Indian dishes to try and international cuisine, as example. I had impeccably clean and airy room complete with comfortable linens, the mini bar having leftovers from the previous guests, as for instance...

The staff literally spoils you and is extremely efficient, well dressed and knowledgeable. I would love to stay there in my next visit to Delhi.
